Training and Ordination Course
ICOF MAI believe in thorough preparation and training of ministers. As such a prescribe course for ordination has been designed to meet the needs of ministers. This course is accompanied by an ordination examination and physical appearance of the minister who completes the courses and examination before the college of bishop and the ordaining council. The following are our convictions;
1. It is the desire of ICOF MINISTERS ASSOCIATION to form member relationships with people of God that are led by the Spirit of God and inspired to do the work of the Kingdom.
2. After that, the Candidate will be called for counseling and interview before the ordaining council and shall be subject to buying a membership form at $20 and give a love offering of $50 non-refundable as administrative, registration and affiliation fee.
3. ICOF MINISTERS ASSOCIATION shall continuously provide training, ordination, certification, elevation and validation and come into fellowship those men and women called in the five-fold ministry without discrimination and segregation.
4. Membership to ICOF MINISTERS ASSOCIATION is open to those who already serve Christ and His Church as Apostles, Archbishops, Bishops and Overseers, as well as those who are seeking a multicultural, extra-denominational/fraternal Ecclesiastical Covering.
5. ICOF MINISTERS ASSOCIATION is an interdenominational sanctioning body devoted to training and choosing worthy individuals to the episcopacy and ministry.
6. The aim is to identify and unify fellow laborers whose Christian core values and beliefs are consistent with the persuasion of ICOF MINISTERS ASSOCIATION.
7. The ICOF MINISTERS ASSOCIATION must labor spiritually show proof of their ministry and inspired leadership.
8. All candidates shall purchase a prescribed clerical dress for the ceremony.
9. Ordained ministers shall receive an A4 sized ordination certificate and a wallet size ordained ministers license.
10. Minister’s license is not renewable, but an annual membership fee prescribed from time to times shall apply to all ordained ministers.
